Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and other Corporate entities
Eligibility
Engaged in the business line at least for the last 3 years Having Audited Financial Statements
Purpose:
For meeting working capital needs in VND, USD or other foreign currency subject to SBV regulations.
Nature of facility:
Line of Credit by way of fund based working capital limit, Bank Guarantee/ letters of credit
Quantum of Limit:
Will be based on the working capital cycle of the business and actual requirement less margin to be contributed by the business unit.

Working capital financing
Primary:
- First charge on the unencumbered assets of the company/firm both current and fixed assets.
- Margin on non-fund based limits
Collateral:
Suitable collateral in the form of charge on immoveable securities to be obtained
Insurance:
Assets charged to the bank to be comprehensively insured covering various risks
Interest:
Competitive interest rates based on internal rating of the Company.
Term:
1 year to be renewed on due date upon review of the account.
Prepayment:
Permissible.
